    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Resolved Slave DNS Manager

Could you please provide more details? Steps to reproduce or screenshots of the problem?
 
The updated extension with this fix is released. I hope it has fixed the issue on your server.
