Thank you very much, I have created a bug report for that (EXTPLESK-1403).
The bug is fixed, the issue on GitHub is solved (Broken on Obsidian. · Issue #36 · plesk/ext-slave-dns-manager). An update will be available in the next extension release.
The updated extension with this fix is released. I hope it has fixed the issue on your server.
