Smartermail domain default settings

When creating domains in Plesk, it does not use the domain default settings in Smartermail. Specifically, I want to set the Forward Exclusions by default to "No Restriction - forward all mail".

I found that Plesk sets this to "Do not forward Spam Level Medium and above" when a new domain is created even though my domain defaults in Smartermail are set to "No restriction"
