SMTP settings for windows live mail

I tried to configure windows live mail for an email account. Domain is hosted on a windows Plesk server .
Incoming mail is working but unable to send outgoing mails.

Server Response: 503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server.

To send an email via SMTP which requires authentication you need to specify POP3 account credentials in your mail client. This is a protection from being spammed.
 
in outgoing mail server setting of your email client select option my outgoing mail server requires authentication.
