So slow & Issues

Hi,
I found the feedback submission on Parallels site very annoying with so many terms and conditions. After going thru the pains, I realise what red-tapes actually mean. I'd no choice but posting my questions here.

1.) I'd tried the demo on your site and it seems to be very slow as compared to RVSitebuilder. I dislike the page loading, almost took 20 seconds every time it is refreshed. I love the components you have over RVSitebuilder, especially EShop but everything seems to be very slow from the demo I tried out on your site

2.) What's the purpose of registration / login module? Since the user can't set which item they allow for public or registered view

3.) Why can't I move the components of the special page to be a submenu ?

4.) Is the gallery of templates constantly updated for free if I buy it for my webhosting server ? Your web templates are not striking in terms of deisgn as compared to RVSitebuilder, quite rigid. The beauty is the components you have.

5.) I found your ticket support also annoying with so many terms and conditions. Don't you have a direct email for contact ?

Tks
Regards
Jet

I couldn't agree more about SiteBuilder and especially the eShop module being unbelievable slow. Why is this? I don't even understand what SiteBuilder could be doing that takes it so long. What are possible solutions and what can we do to speed this system up. SiteBuilder is actually a great system, but has some serious issues that unless addressed we can not even continue using it. The speed is the biggest problem. I have already had customers sign off saying "it is pretty much unusable!". As much as I hate to agree, because again I think sb has great features and great potential at the moment i have to agree.
