Question Softaculous Installation - Php Settings

Hello, We are trying to install softaculous, but during the installation we get the following error:

"Could not install the Softaculous Auto Installer extension
Failed

• The execution of pre-install.php has failed with the following message:
• PHP is not installed. Please install PHP at /usr/bin/php to continue installation"

The php settings on our server was 7.4.6

We identified that the issue was because ioncube loaders not being available in the php 7.4.6

We changed the php settings on the domains to 7.3.18 which has ioncube loaders, and disabled the php 7.4.6 version

We also updated the services to use php version 7.3.18

After doing the php settings changes we tried to install softaculous again, and we are getting the same error again.

Can you please advise.

softaculous needs the PHP by OS, you can install it over the Plesk installer
