• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

[solved]unable to remove IP

Hardy

Basic Pleskian
Hello Experts,

when we trying to remove IP from Home --->Tools&Settings --->IP Addresses

We are getting following error.

Error: IP address x.x.x.x cannot be removed because it is used by DNS zone of one or more domains.

We manually check in server and we found that there is no any single domain which are using these IPs.

We also try to find out if there is Plesk Database Inconsistency so we try following solution given in below URLs

http://kb.odin.com/en/120621
http://forum.odin.com/threads/cannot-remove-old-ips.262121/

When we query on psa database on dns table to find out if there is any record left of that IPs we got emtyset.

so Please guide us how we can remove Ips.

We are using following
Plesk 12.0.18 for Windows

Thanks

I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team if mentioned KB article didn't help.
Also you can create dump of database and find there mentions of this IP address. After that you will have direction where it should be removed in database with all dependences.
