• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Some crontask kills current download backup

scsjcm

New Pleskian
Since I have installed the new obsidian version, I have noticed that when I try to download a backup of a subscription, it does not let me finish the download, ... it gives error when it reaches approx 34GB (34.229.972kb)

I think some task ends and restarts something and stop the transfer.

I also have other php processes that take time to execute, and are paralyzed ...
in that case I think I have found that the cause is PLESK-PHP-CLEANUPER ... that when executing each CRON.HOURLY for the execution of long processes PHP and I have temporarily disabled to test and it works fine. (But this does not solve the backup download interruption)

Where is this backup located? On FTP or local server? What kind of error message do you have exactly? Do you have enough free diskspace for /tmp directory?
