Issue Some emails are not received

Jelle G

New Pleskian
Hi,

Some clients say that they do not receiving mails from their clients.
When I check the Recent Log Entries of MagicSpam, I do not see the Sender in the list, so it is not marked as SPAM.

We use Plesk 12.5.30 Update #45.

When I sent a message to the e-mail address, there is no problem and the message receive correct and directly.

How can I check this issue and solve this?

Does the sender receive a returned mail? In that case the returned mail will include a section telling what the issue is.

Thanks for your reply. Well that's the problem, they do not receive a returned mail. So they do not receive a message that the mail could not be delivered.
