I have the strangest issue on one of my servers right now.
I have a customer who has chrooted SSH access. He was asking for help with an application setup that he was working on in his shell. So I logged in as Root and navigated to the path that he's in but I see no files. I tried to su to the user and I still see no files.
However, if I log in to SSH as that user, i can see the files and edit them etc...
What could possibly go be happening where I cannot see the files that a customer created in shell?
