Some Users get the Plesk Default Page on some URL's

Hi,

it's a shared IP with multiple websites. We tried a lot of variations and so far this happens:

• Two users get every single time the Plesk default page on a specific URL. All other users don't have a problem.
• Both users can reach other URL's under this IP without any prproblems.
  
• They are customers of different internet providers with different DNS servers.
• They have different routers.
• One of them took his notebook to a friend and used his internet access. No problems.

Anyone any ideas?
