Issue Some Wordpress applications don't show all information in Websites & Domains

Hi, ive had this issue for some time.

In Websites & Domains, some of the Wordpress installs don't show the Files, Mail and Database shortcuts across the top and the Actual Website name and links missing like Log in, Check Security Plugins etc.

Ive attached two screen shots to show whats missing.

All Wordpress applications were installed through PLESK and they are all attached to the correct domains.

How can I get these missing elements back?

are the domains assigned to the same service plan ? Are all wp installations recogniced by the wordpress toolkit on the left side menu?
