Spam Assassin - disable for a domain

Ist there still no solution to disable Spam Assassin for a domain, so that the user cannot enable it ?

The only way i know how to do this is by using 4PSA's Spam Guardian...... I also use ART's SA v3.x!! Very nice....

Include domain pattern into server-wide graylist.

*@domain.com

Then user shouldnt be able to activate SpamAssassin on this domain.
