spam assassin not checking emails

We use 4PSA Spam Guardian and yesterday our smtp service shut down. We redid our maps checking and added the -Rt0 option and that corrected the smtp issues.
However we now have a new problem... none of the mail is being checked for spam. THere is no SA header information at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

It was as simple as a restart for SA

Spamassassin did not answer, I restarted it with:

/etc/init.d/spamassassin restart
