• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Within plesk when I go to Domain>mail>specific mail address>Spam Filter>Training>

check off an email to mark as spam and click 'its spam!'
I get this error:

/snip/
Error: Cannot exec 'spammng --train-spam --filename=*** --password=***--mailname=***':
Invalid field name 'v7Jvoqjb6odAytXtsActx
/snip/

If I do it via command line on the server itself I get this more detailed error:

/snip/
Invalid field name 'v7Jvoqjb6odAytXtsActx ☺ <↓ | ¶ ☺ ♥
4 ┬╝ ☺ ☻ x☺ X☺ ├ì├¬├Ä2├É☻ B ¶♥
☻♥ ► ♥ ┼Æ ☻ ☺ ┬╝ \♣ ☺ ☻ ↑♠ t ☺ ♥ ┼Æ♠ ┬░↕ ☺ SsHd,
☺ ☺ ♥ ☻ ┼Æ ☺ , ^ ^ ☻
( 4 C :'. A field name MUST be composed of printable US-ASCII characters
(i.e.,characters that have values between 33 and 126, inclusive),except colon.
/snip/

It seems to only happen on this one email the rest work fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

SW-soft fixed this issue for me by patching spam assassin.
