Hi,

I have Parallel enterprice version for VPS.

Version : Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5

Server : windows 2012 R2

Mail server : Mail Enabled

I'm having issue with Mail server. All mails are going to Spam only

I need to add DKIM and Domain keys and SPF records

I tried and DKIM and SPF using some articles. but everything failed. Please help me to resolve the issue.

  1. You have to give a little more information. This appears to be outbound emails you are concerned with, but do you mean it is going to a local spam folder or to someone else's spam folder? Normally, if emails from your servers are going to other services spam folder, you would have to reach out to that company and see why they are marking your emails as spam. Top two reasons? Your IP Address is on a Blacklist somewhere, (usually because of a spam outbreak) or your reverse DNS is not configured (or configured correctly)
