Spamassassin errors in plesk 12

deltatech

Regular Pleskian
I just migrated a bunch of domains from plesk 11.5. Everything appears to be working well however when examining the maillog, I am seeing some strange errors... In this example, the message was delivered and had the spamassassin stuff in the header.

spamd: handle_user unable to find user: '[email protected]'

Does anyone know what this means? Is is something to be concerned about or something I need to do to fix it?

Usually, these kind of error occurs due to spamassassin mail handlers permission issue.
So in-order to fix the issue, you can recreate the spamassassin mail handlers by executing command:

#/usr/lib/plesk-9.0/mail_spam_restore

I hope it will help.

I don't have a /usr/lib/plesk9.0 This is plesk 12.

On my test Plesk 12:

# ll /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/mail_spam_restore
-rwxr-x--- 1 root root 56960 Jun 6 2014 /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/mail_spam_restore
