Would it be possible to update the SpamAssassin integration at some point so that there are two scores.
Hard Score, Delete all messages of this score, if an administrator does not want to use hard scores they can have a default value of 999 (allows everything)
Soft Score, Marks message as Spam or Moves to spam folder, or deletes based on administrators setting.
This would allow us to be more aggressive with spam settings on users mailboxes while not affecting their usage.
Or even better, perhaps something similar to amavis, where spam mails can be stored in the database, perhaps API accessible so that users can have an SQL quarantine (useful for those who use pop rather than IMAP).
