SQLite 2.x + 3.x

Soooo I have running PHP 5.2.5 from ART and they installed sqlite-3.3.6-2 but I also have sqlite2-2.8.17-200608292210 installed.... "rpm -qa|grep sqlite"

Is there a way of pointing sitebuilder to use the older sqlite. I don't want to change to much because things are stable. The only problem that I can see so far is people can't publish any sites.

Sitebuilder modules required only sqlite2.8.x and while there is no way use newer sqlite version

I'm looking for this exact answer. my published sites are showing up blank.... and i think its related to sqlite. (at least until i get this worked out, i cant rule it out as a possible problem)

the blank pages seems to be related to include path, and safe_mode, not sure tho, but lets see.

well managed to get sqlite compiled with UTF-8 makes no difference. the problem is still there. what could it be? this is driving me nuts.
