ok, restart the whole server.. ok.. I understand that, thought there might be a way to just restart PLESK alone...

The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
Resolved SSL just enables via Plesk and now sites give privacy error!

ok thanks, I have restarted server.. wait and see i guess, not sure how long.. hopefully all come back ok

how long should a server take to restart? guess that is impossible question... still not back up

so finally all my sites are back.. 3 hours later.. All because I thought it might be a good idea to switch on SSL!! Seriously...
The server would not restart. then when it did I was able to install Let Encrypt..what a nightmare... should have just left well alone.. out of my depth..
