SSL Wrapper Service Missing

Hi,
My Plesk Components Management page is showing stunnel/SSL Wrapper as stopped although I can't find any trace of it in either Windows Services or Plesk services monitor.

Edit: I've just run repair services and now SSL Wrapper doesn't even have stunnel next to it.

Just trying to enable SSL for a new site although I'm stuck at the moment.

Any thoughts?
