Stand alone form

Hi,

A customer had created a form with php. He has also created a php file to handle the form. It was working on Xampp with PHP 5. When we migrate to Plesk server, it stops work. As no error is been shown (I had config PHP.INI to create an error log file) in logs and no error message is shown in browser, I have no idea what can be wrong.
Does anyone had this problem before?

Try to set display_errors = on in php.ini
