Startup page setting

yes i checked my IIS manager. Home.aspx page was added as a startup page list. It's mean when i open my application from my domain name (ilmplanet.com) then i will show me home.aspx page as startup page. but when i just write 166.62.82.5 in url bar then it will not shown my desire output. Am i write boss? Are you tried on your domain?

yeah! i tried but still not working. Even i removed all default page name from list. Kindly resolve my issue.

I am trying to set my desire startup page but it's not showing me desire output. Page display on my web browser is that which is alphabetically on the top. I removed default page list from default documents but still it's not working. I am also sharing images that will show you what changes i made. Waiting for your feedback. Thank you!
