Statistics calculate error

A few days ago the statistics generator stopped working.

I tried to run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=domain.com. It get the following message and not generates statistics:
WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : statistics[25456]: Executing logs preparation...

¿What is happening?

We can't tell the problem unless you look at the logs for any clues ..

I do not know in which section the logs are saved when the file /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics is runing

I have re-run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=domain.com command and now has stopped work for me websites: 404 Not Found in every subscription. All other services (FTP, email, etc) work correctly. ¿Can you help me, please?

I have restarted HTTP and NXING services with no success. I have restarted server but continue without working.

Can you give me the /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Smb/Plesk/Bridge/Domain.php file?
My file is corrupt and Plesk tell me cannot find isDefault() function from this file.

I recently discussed about that error. This normally means your plesk upgrade didn't complete successfully! You will need to run the autoinstaller to complete the upgrade.

You can run the autoinstaller with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller

I actually meant sending me a PM with your server logins. The info you have provided can not help in the troubleshooting.

I have run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller but my server is Up to Date (currently #33). How can y get the file I need is corrupt?

No, replacing the file not solve the problem. When I use the installer, surprisingly the file has replaced the original and now still gives me the same error.

I think the main problem that not work HTML pages really not is the corrupt file. Because before to stop HTML, gave me error file.
The problem come when I run: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=domain.com. Something has done this command has broken HTML viewer all subscription.
I run service httpd status and return runing. It is very rare.

After solving my problem with the 'statistics' command, I have executed and seems to work properly. The only problem is that I thought that this command regenerate the configuration files staying in '/usr/local/psa/etc/awstats/'. I had to delete this files because I read in a post that this was the only way for the system to regenerate the configuration.

How can I rebuild these files?
awstats.domain.com-anon_ftp.conf
awstats.domain.com-ftp.conf
awstats.domain.com-http.conf
awstats.domain.com-https.conf

I have used it and works correctly. The problem is that it only updates the statistics for the current day. Is there any way to update the statistics of previous days?

That is most likely because there are no un-processed log files for the previous periods.

Yes. There are log files. I have the logrotate to rotate in one year. The logrotate separate in gz files.
