Hello,

I'm using Plesk 8.6 on a Windows 2008 server.

This is a new server and I noticed that the statistics do not get updated.
I trying to manually run statistics.exe and it actually crashes.

I also trying to update but the version that i use seems to be the latest:
psa v8.6.0_build20080722.15 os_Windows 2003/2008

So what do i do?

Thanx
Alex

Hello,

Thank you for the input.

This is my version of Plesk:

psa v8.6.0_build20080722.15 os_Windows 2003/2008

Do i have to update?

still problems

Hello,

If your current Plesk version is 8.6.0.0, then try the following:

1) update Plesk with the latest patch (Plesk 8.6.0.5):

http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/plesk_8.6.0.5_update080924.19.msp

release notes:

http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/plesk_8.6.0.5_update080924.19.htm

2) recalculate the statistics (you can recalculate it for all the domains at once or one by one):

http://kb.odin.com/en/1937

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Maria.

I've updated plesk to 8.6.0.5 and ran

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --process-domains=<DOMAIN>

Statistic was calculated http://<domain>/plesk-stat/webstat/

but script (statistics.exe) didn't exits and "working" - it seems freeze...

before upgrade (8.6.0.1) on this domain statistics just crashes.

pls help
