statistics.exe issue not updating

Hello ,

i have the following problem with my server

We have Plesk 10.3.1 Windows 2008 Standart 32bit

the webstats is not updating from July 2011
i am try to run

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --all

but i receive this message

Loaded Postoffice Configuration Provider (MEAIPO.DLL)

i am try to run many commands us

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --process-domains=domainname.ltd

but is run for 3 seconds and i see this

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>

and the statistics is not updated.

do you have a fix for that?

** my server is migration from 9.5.3 to 10.3.1

hi i cant see any error log on plesk.

But what kind of statistics does not count? traffic or disk space? in the attached screenshots everything looks ok.

http-traffic ( webalizer or awstats ) july 2011 i have make migration from 9.5.3 to 10.3.1 from the july 2011 i don't see any update to webalizer or awstats.

No - I can't reproduce this issue - statistics count, but with minor delay

I see the same problem. Log-Files will not be compressed and in Plesk-Panel the new log-files are listed but can't be deleted. I think thats the reason why the statistics is not updated.
