• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

All of sudden, a website of mine configured in Plesk, stoped working. I even re-created the domain in Plesk. The DNS configuration seems ok and is the following:

mydomain.com. NS ns1.mydomain.com.
mydomain.com. NS ns2.mydomain.com.
mydomain.com. A [myip1]
webmail.mydomain.com. A [myip1]
mail.mydomain.com. A [myip1]
ns1.mydomain.com. A [myip1]
ns2.mydomain.com. A [myip1]
ftp.mydomain.com. CNAME mydomain.com.
www.mydomain.com. CNAME mydomain.com.
mydomain.com. MX (10) mail.mydomain.com.
[myip1] / 24 PTR mydomain.com.

Any ideas anyone? I can't even ping the domain, so i guess it's a DNS issue

Well it seems that it was a APF's (firewall) fault.

All domains stop working after i enable APF.

Any ideas why is this happening?

I have pretty much the default APF configuration
