Stopping Bounced Bounce Messages

Does anyone know how to stop bounced bounce messages. I have a couple of domains where individuals have let their mailboxes exceed their quotas. When they do, if there are any bounced messages, those obviously can't make it through so the server administrator (me) keeps getting bounced bounce messages. Is there any way to stop this in Plesk?
