Strange error Migrate from 12.0 to 12.5 different server

Hello my friends.

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I have currently an instance at Amazon AWS with Plesk on it, I´m migrating it to my own server and need to transfer the files and accounts.

When I start, I get the strange error below:
[ERROR] Failed to check Plesk API connection to the source server 'source' (52.8.21.211): The command "/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password" executed at the source server 'source' (52.8.21.211) returned a non-zero exit code.

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): Unable to init lock manager shared memory file: Current user is not permitted to use lock manager shared memory

It´s strange to read it, I don´t know if it is a problem at amazon or my new server.

I notice now that is necessary the other server be at the same version. Started now the upgrade from the source.

Have you specified "root" user's credentials of the source server when configuring Plesk Migrator?

Also, could you please clarify what do you mean by "the other server be at the same version"? The source server's version could be any, starting from Plesk 8.6. As for the target server I recommend the very latest version of Plesk 12.5.
