Resolved Strange folders in account home folder

Hi,
I just saw there are lot of system folders under home folder of an acconut, just wondering should they be there and can I remove them? They are bin, usr, var, lib, lib64...

These directories and files are a part of the chroot environment. Does the account have "Access to the server over SSH" - "/bin/bash (chrooted)" enabled?
