Strange Problem With Plesk 10.3.1

Smartnet

Basic Pleskian
Dear all,
everything was working fine with 10.3.1 version , till i decided today to create a full server buckup thru the GUI of the panel and store it to our external FTP storage server as usual. The backup (probably) never finished , and suddenly we were unable to enter to the Panel with a connection timeout error. Then we've done a reboot to see if we can get inside. Finally reboot succeeded but....with this error :

ERROR: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception

And....the panel isn't working properly. - Now we have " 500 - Internal Server error".

Andrew

Looks like database error. Did you check that MySQL server is up and working fine? Check /var/log/mysqld.log at least.
