Strato Suse 10.2 and Plesk 9.54 all MU fail

Ihave a big Problem and searching for two Days for a Solution,not found.

First, my System is running, Plesk says 9.54 green, all updated for now up to Patch25 but im unsure if it does really.
autoinstaller XML tells me, all is ok but I dont trust him.

I get always on all MUs " skipped because of md5 checksum match " when I try a Update from base Components, so I think something is wrong.

also when I take a look into the KB Articles I font this:
Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4 MU #9 [26-Jul-2011]

[*] Autoinstaller has been updated to version 3.10.0.

But my System says: rpm -q psa-autoinstaller
psa-autoinstaller-3.6.1-110415.10

So it be OK that all patches are apllied, or?

Please, I will be sure, that all Patches are working, so I need a little bit of help.
Ive take a look at Googles search, but I dont find a real Solution for this Problem. Some Guys are talking about Port 8447 but my Plesk is on https://talala.stratoserver.net:8443/

Latest MU fo 9.5.4 is 25. So if you have

<patch version="25"

it means that latest MU is applied to your Plesk server.

For me, only the XML Data was updated, but not the MU Packages.
Is there a Way to install a Package as standalone and by Hand without autoinstaller for to be sure, that it is installed?

#MU09 was really NOT installed as you can see above, so I think all the Rest of Packages are also not installed
