  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Stuck In Support Submisson Circle

I have paid for a support option. I have the paypal receipt and a confirmation too.

I cannot submit a support request, I am stuck in an eternal circle of needing to enter a support code. When I log in to 'my account' there is no details of any support code and nor can I find any clues on where it might be. It is not on the order confirmation or paypal information.

Any ideas gratefully received.
 
Update - After a little while, emails are sent with more information. I am glad they came, though I think it might be helpful to indicate in the first set of emails that further would come.
