sub domain ftp error

will i have using plesk 7.5.4 and it working fine

now i had plesk 7.5.6 and when i make sub domain and make it as sparated ftp it doesnt work i dont know why

It seems there is some problems with user existence or permissions on folders. So you should try to use reconfigurator.exe utility and check vhosts security.

"ftp it doesnt work" is very obscure phrase.
