subdomain problem

i have problem with my subdomain , when i add subdomain , it's not appearing in first day , and in first days , it has this problem some times .
when this subdomain is out of access , other subdomain work well

in down time of a subdomain , i check it with host-tracker.com i got HostNotFound or NoData form trackers
plesk installed on windows server 2008

try ping your sub.domainname.com

then see result.
