Subdomains destroy the entire website

Hello all,

I dont know if it is the right place to ask for help but i guess it is. I have a a hosting with a German company and they provide me with plesk ( i was a cpanel user before). I have several domains there but i am facing few issues with one at least.

Lets say i have a domain called "www.example9.com", everytime i try to create a subdmain for example m.example.com it creates it properly within the httpdocs but then i cannot even access the www.example9.com

Any idea what is happening?even when i delete the subdomain after it does not bring the website to its previous state were it was working.

The Subdomains do not work. The Subdomains httpdoce amd the main domain httpdocs become same. If you create Subdomains do not use httpdoce as the dir.
