Subdomains / filemanager

Hello

As i with de filemanger on a subdomain look , i have this error,
Unable to change directory to /subdomains/tissub/: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Can't read directory (\\?\C:\inetpub\vhosts\thisdomain.com\subdomains\thissub\): Access is denied. at execute C:\PROGRA~1\SWsoft\Plesk/admin/bin/filemng.exe "thisdomain" "list" "dirs" "C:/inetpub/vhosts/thisdomain.com/subdomains/thissub/"(RunTime::RunAsUser::run line 266)

What mains that and can i do.

Have everybody also a lot of problems , with this plesk ??

Check permissions for user "psaserv" in security for that directory on the server.

Hi

There is no user psaserv , only admin , pleskaccount , system

How to go now??

You will need to add the user "psaserv" to the directory and give it read privilidges (write if you want to be able to create folders or files via filemanager).

The user already exists on the system.

Do that , same problem , or must the server reboot? , have now allow everything
