Subdomains

Hi everyone,

I have an issue trying to resolve one of my clients subdomains.

He signed up for a hosting packing from me which he was entitled to a free subdomain. Which is http://fred.revelationtechs.com. However, this domain isnt resolving.

I've attached a couple pictures which may help.

Is problem still actual? As far as I see http://fred.revelationtechs.com is resolvable and accessible now.
