Subscription error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value

Hello,
I have Plesk for Linux 11.5.30 Update #35 on Ubuntu Server 12.04.4 LTS 64 bit.
I disabled a subscription and now i'm trying to reactivate it I get these errors:

Error: Some of the selected subscriptions were not activated.

Error: cObject::update() failed: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value. ('email' = '')


Can you help me ?

in dns_zone table this domain not have record.
I try to add manually the record, but the error is same.

In that case I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team. They will check and fix this issue directly on your server.
