Is it possible to create somekind of a superuser through Plesk which is allowed to access and handle files of other created user?

For example there are many users created their Homedir is /home/www/vhosts/DOMAIN/

I need to create a user who has his own domain also in the vhosts folder which is able to handle files in the homedir of otherusers.

Are there any possibilitys to do it?
