Issue Sync fail: Can allow access only to a chrooted environment

Try to sync a subscription and get these errors:

• Can allow access only to a chrooted environment
• DNS zone management

• Remote access for database users

all are enabled on the subscription but apparently not on the plan. I'm unable to find the settings on the subscription.

How can we sync this subscription with the plan?

When we click ok this is the message, but they settings are not changed (the message is wrong)

Information: Properties of the subscription sub.domain.tld were set to correspond with the actual system state, they are still unsynced with the plan Student Account.​
