  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue sync plan, subscription and domain

I am completely confused, this is the scenario:

In re-seller level
I created a plan
created a domain in domains' tab
chose create a new subscription

I changed one item in plan, subscription yellowed
trying to syn, plan: Update & Sync button, and domain: Sync link in right pane
it still shows unsynced.

also, while I unchecked PHP Settings in plan so it's grayed, on save it alerts:
There are settings that conflict with the server-wide security policy. Are you sure you want to continue? ... PHP handler type

also, I have 2 separate instances of SQL Server installations, how can I force a customer to use only one of these and not to be able to change SQL Server instance? the same with .NET Framework version. simply I want the end user not able to change these settings from plan default in Add a Database page.

Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 on windows 2012 R2

Pls. check your "panel.log" for possible issues/errors/problems and provide the depending log - entries, so that people willing to help you have something to start with the investigations together with you. ;)



Pls. consider as well to open a NEW thread for each of your issues/errors/problems. :)
