Resolved Sync subscription

PedroN

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I have a problem, everytime I create a client and subscription with whmcs, plesk tells me that the subcription is not synced with the service plan, why is this happening and how can I solve it without going all time clicking the button in plesk to sync it?

Thanks

Could you tell us a bit more about this issue? What version of Plesk do you use?

Hello PedroN,

Well, currently I am using plesk 12.5 and there is not much more info I can tell you, in whmcs the module is pretty simple with its config: http://prntscr.com/cq51e3
After that I do not know what is making plesk telling me that the subscription is not synced. I know that there is an input log in plesk with the data that is being sent to it, but do not remember where, maybe there appears what is going wrong, but no idea.

Thanks

Could you try to create a subscription with corresponding service plan directly from Plesk? It might be that some issues will appear there when you do it.

Hello,

When I create the subscription through plesk it is fine, without any issues

Can someone please tell me where are the logs or something to know why my subscription is not synced with the plan????

Hi PedroN,

Can someone please tell me where are the logs or something to know why my subscription is not synced with the plan????
Log - and configuration - locations from PLESK and it's components can be viewed for example at:

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level, to get more informations in psa - log - files:

Due to the fact, that this is a PLESK - related - forum, I have no clue, if WHMCs creates its own log - file on your server.

Hi PedroN,

as you already noticed, Plesk itself requests informations about "syncing yes/no" + "syncing successfull or not", when you create a new subscription. WHMCs doesn't seem to request that information(s), which Plesk reports to you with the message
plesk tells me that the subcription is not synced with the service plan
I really suggest to ask WHMCs - related questions directly at "https://forum.whmcs.com/" or/and "http://www.whmcs.com/support/". ;)

Going to try and contact them, but they probably going to tell me what error shows plesk or to contact you

Don't get me wrong here, but you seem to overread what I stated before:

You already answered the question from EvgenyPM :

No answer from whmcs in their forums, at least is there a log or place to see what is not synced in the subscription? Or the input options log the whmcs sent to plesk to create the subscription

Thanks
