Our Plesk server is using External SMTP sending through SmarterMail. The External SMTP authenticates as [email protected]

The documentation indicates that all system emails are sent using the Admin email address in the profile, which is set to [email protected]

In reality, the system emails are sent from [email protected]

This fails smtp authentication in Smartermail: rsp: 550 From domain must match authenticated domain

How do we get system emails sent from [email protected]?
