Issue System Error 11 in mysqldump

- When you run the backup and at the same time watch the output of
> show processlist;
of your database server, do you see many "waiting on table lock" entries?

- Does the database server stay online all through the backup process or are you kicked out of "# plesk db" while running the backup or creating dumps?
MariaDB [psa]> show processlist;

Do you by chance know whether you have one or more database tables in which BLOBs with large content are stored, e.g. high resolution images? It is thinkable that MariaDB cannot get enough RAM from your system to process that content on dumps.

If you cannot verify this I suggest to let Plesk support staff look at it. It surely needs to be checked on the server.

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

The error ocurrs with all databases including that 1.55MB database.

When you hit "Exportar volcado", can you dump the database or does not dump not work either? (my question is whether only dumps from the backup utility don't work or whether simple dumps don't work at all). Can you dump it when you use the export feature of phpMyAdmin?

The minor update did not change anything in the backup feature. If the issue was in Plesk, at least a few other users would have reported the same. I still think it will be necessary that an expert checks the situation directly on your server.
