  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Issue System notifications going to old Administrator email

Should I report this as a bug then? I'm getting the same email at least two times a day, very annoying.
 
Perhaps it's better to contact Plesk support and open a support ticket? The issue you're facing seems be specific to your system rather than an actual bug.
