What happens if you SSH to the server and manually run the updates?

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

Yesterday I ran the command and today I have the same error:

If you read through the logs you'll find the follow:

Err:4 Index of /KAV_8.5.1 buster InRelease
The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not av ailable: NO_PUBKEY BD11A6AA914BDF7E

Taking the key from the NO_PUBKEY part and doing a search on the forums the very first result is Resolved - NO_PUBKEY BD11A6AA914BDF7E
