Can I please echo this sentiment. The absurdity of this gives me a headache. Especially as I am looking to resolve the same issue.

We (the forum team members) mark a post as resolved when the topic starter indicates that the problem is resolved. You can't change the status of a post yourself, which is why we do it.

But if you want to know how it was resolved, ask nicely, and you maybe will get an appropriate answer. This is just childish behavior (also looking at you @Why HWB Why).

@mudassarkhan, please simply create a new thread in case you don't find a solution for you rissue. We'll then either try to handle that as a new case or merge it with existing solutions.
