Templates Installed not showing up in the Wizard

I installed the template packages that appear in Sitebuilder admin but none of the templates are showing up when using the wizard. Is there a step I am missing?

You must add templates to the plan (default trial plan for trial sites).

Thanks, I managed to locate the information in the Knowledge base and now all the intalled templates show up.
