Hello I was searching for some specific information about plesk temporary domain but couldn't found it.

So about the rights behind the temporary plesk domain.

Where is its registrar? I mean which country?

What law is applicable for it?

What is someone want to report because of a content on it? What's are the consequences?

Can temp domain be suspended?
